The Howdygram Store is pleased to introduce ceramic mugs and an expanded line of mousepads.

It’s been two whole days since my last post and I’m hoping y’all managed to survive without me. To help you catch up on the latest from Howdygram headquarters I’ll list all the hot news in well-written paragraphs with subtitles. Thank you.

SAM GOT HOME FROM PHOENIX ON SUNDAY. There’s not really much to “tell.” To keep it short, he spent three days visiting his brother David and his family in Scottsdale, ate a number of pleasant meals, played with the dog and watched Anna dance in her annual recital. Anna is 16, talented, adorable, has a lot of hair and just got her drivers license. (Oy.) A photo of Anna follows.
MY NEUROPATHY PAIN IS STILL PRACTICALLY NONEXISTENT and I have to give credit to figuring out — at last! — the “magic dose” of Gabapentin. For me it’s 2700 mg a day (900 mg every eight hours) after taking this drug for neuropathy pain for almost five years at a dose so ridiculously low that it made no difference in my life whatsoever. GLORIOSKI! I’ve seen the light!

THE HOWDYGRAM STORE IS PLEASED TO INTRODUCE ... CERAMIC MUGS! I uploaded my first two designs to The Howdygram Store on Monday afternoon and already have a list of ideas for about 15 more. I’m so excited I can hardly stand it, people.
I ALSO EXPANDED MY LINE OF MOUSEPADS. These include photorealistic metal and metal textures, really old wood and unusual floral illustrations ... most of them with monograms or personalization.
But wait ... there’s more! The following two mousepad designs offer a bunch of unusual color options ... such as four striking florals (silver with violet, fuchsia with apple green, cocoa with pink, green with saddle brown) — all with personalization — and four different photorealistic rusted metals with gigantic center monograms. Oh boy, right?
ROOTIN’-TOOTIN’ SAM’S WILD WEST TOENAIL CLINIC was open for business last night in the family room and once again accomplished the impossible with my shitty diabetic feet. Rootin’-Tootin’ Sam’s toe maintenance tasks included routine nail trimming with a sharp implement and follow-up filing ... with zero yelling and minimal bloodshed.

I would gladly recommend Sam to my friends except he probably wouldn’t appreciate it due to other people’s toes make him nervous.

WILD WEATHER FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK. I don’t know if you care about this kind of crap or not but we’re expecting a lot of weather around here. The following map indicates a fuckton of big storms heading straight for the Dallas metro area; the fireworks are scheduled to begin around 7 p.m. The Trinity River is already three feet above flood stage and is expected to continue rising until Noah floats by in his magic ark with pre-teen dinosaurs who can’t reproduce. The teeny red star on the right side of the map denotes Howdygram headquarters. Our forecast through Saturday appears below for your possible interest.

There are truly some BEAUTIFUL FREE FONTS available for you here! My favorites are “The Generic,” “Tamales” and “Markella’ for various and sundry reasons, although each of these is really cool and I can’t wait to horse around with them. Download links appear after the graphic in case you want these for your own collection. HOT TIP: Free fonts are an excellent restaurant tip in addition to real money.

Thank you for reading this. It’s definitely time for my afternoon nap.
