I dreamed about Charlton Heston last night. If you can explain this, please let me know.

Sam and I both woke up at 5:30 this morning for totally different reasons. He’s “on call” today at work and had to turn on his company iPhone to monitor incoming emails and I was in the middle of a hypoglycemic episode. Happy Sunday, everybody!

Before I forget, the Howdygram would like to report A VERY IMPORTANT POISONED SNACK for your possible interest. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, Murry’s Inc. of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is recalling more than 31,000 pounds of Bell & Evans Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets and Gluten Free Chicken Breast that were accidentally breaded with Staphylococcal Enterotoxin.
The products have a “best by” date of August 9, 2015, and were shipped to retail stores nationwide. Staphylococcal food poisoning is a fast-acting gastrointestinal illness that makes you commence barfing in as little as 30 minutes, so if you’re not really careful everybody might think you have Ebola. (Don’t say I didn’t warn you.)

Because I have diabetes and can’t eat a two-layer cake with frosting and candles I decided to order myself the following treats last night from Amazon just in time for my birthday. Pictured below are Achva sugarless halva — TWO TUBS FOR ONLY NINE BUCKS! — and a box of 24 adorable sugar free petit fours shipped by the Wisconsin Cheeseman. These are ALL MINE, by the way. There will be no sharing whatsoever.
In case you haven’t started shopping yet for my birthday present you might want to check out my 2014 Wish List. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
